Welcome to Majkart (“Majkart”, “we”, “us”). By accessing majkart.com or placing an order through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Majkart is an online marketplace for jewellery-manufacturing machinery, tools, consumables, and related services in India. Listings are offered either as direct-purchase items with a displayed price, or as enquiry listings where the seller confirms pricing, availability, and lead times after you send an enquiry.

Ordering requires an account verified by a one-time password sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account (including shipping addresses) and for activity that happens through it. Notify us at contact@majkart.com if you believe your account has been misused.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Product specifications are provided by sellers and reviewed before listings go live; while we work to keep them accurate, minor variations (for example in dimensions of consumables such as crucibles) can occur. If a listing carries an evident pricing or specification error, we may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

Payments for direct-purchase items are processed securely by our payment partner (Cashfree Payments). Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified. We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials. For enquiry listings, any subsequent transaction terms (advance, delivery, warranty) are agreed between you and the seller in the quotation.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your pincode and the courier selected. Delivery estimates are indicative; delays by couriers, weather, or other events outside our control do not entitle a claim beyond the remedies in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product photos, brochures, and specifications belong to the respective sellers or their licensors. The Majkart name, logo, and platform design are our property. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse platform content for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majkart's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including production downtime or loss of profit. Machinery warranties, installation, and after-sales service are provided by the respective seller or manufacturer as stated in the listing or quotation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
